At Kernahans Contractors we strive to provide our customers with high-quality aggregate materials and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policies in place:

Non-Returnable Items

Once aggregate materials (such as gravel, sand, crushed stone, etc.) have been delivered to a customer’s site, they are considered final sale and non-returnable. This is due to the logistical challenges and the potential degradation or contamination of the materials once they leave our control.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without penalty if done so prior to dispatch. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to cancel your order. Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery will not be eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where there has been an error on our part, such as incorrect product delivery, defects or quantity. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assess the situation promptly.

Customer Satisfaction

While returns and refunds for delivered products are not permitted, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution, including potential discounts on future orders where applicable.
