At Kernahans Aggregates, we strive to supply high-quality building materials that meet your construction needs. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy for all our aggregates once they have been delivered to or collected by the customer. We encourage our customers to review their order carefully before finalizing to ensure it fully meets their project requirements.

No Returns on Delivered or Collected Aggregates

Once aggregates are bought and either delivered to a location specified by the customer or collected directly by the customer, they cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for aggregates that are no longer required by the customer after purchase.

Exceptions for Quality Concerns

The only circumstance under which we will consider collecting aggregates from a customer is if the quality of the aggregate is demonstrably below the standards promised. This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of waste materials in soil products or contamination with foreign substances.

Reporting Quality Issues

If you believe the aggregates delivered to you fall below reasonable quality standards as described, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery with detailed documentation of the issue (photographic evidence, descriptions of the problem, etc.). Our team will assess the situation and, if the complaint is validated, arrange to collect the substandard materials and discuss potential replacements or refunds.
